Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our Chicago offices in approximately 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted. World Shoppe's standard shipping is United States Postal Office. Customers may also request FedEx shipment for an additional charge.

Shipping pricing is for orders within the continental United States.

In every case possible, World Shoppe tries to recycle or reuse shipping materials including peanuts, paper and shipping boxes. It's just our small way of reducing our carbon footprint and saving you shipping costs so more of your order goes to supporting our artisans.

Wholesale Orders

Shipping Abroad

Orders to other parts of the world is available but must be arranged through a World Shoppe representative. Please email info@World-Shoppe.com for details.

World Shoppe pricing and shipping does not include local duties and/or V.A.T.s for products shipped outside of the U.S. It is the responsibility of the end user to pay local duties and V.A.T.s, so please consider this when placing your order for an item to be shipped abroad.

FedEx orders must be received by noon CST to ship out the same day (assuming all items are in stock).

Return Policy: 30 Day Guarantee

We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that you may return any unused item (except personalized items) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Please e-mail returns@world-shoppe.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your items. Items sent without an authorization will not be honored.

If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to re-send the package to a correct address but note that an additional shipping charge will apply.
