Shipping Information
All items are shipped from our Chicago offices in approximately 4 to 9 business
days unless otherwise noted. World Shoppe's standard shipping is UPS ground
residential. Customers may also request UPS overnight or 2nd day shipment for
an additional charge.

Pricing is for orders within the continental United States.
UPS 2-day and next day orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST to
ship out the same day (assuming all items are in stock).
Saturday delivery is an extra $12 in addition to the standard next
day or 2nd day charges. Saturday delivery must be requested via e-mail
and confirmed by a World Shoppe representative.
Return Policy: 30 Day Guarantee
We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment
to you is that you may return any unused item (except personalized items) in
their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange
(minus shipping & handling). Please e-mail returns@world-shoppe.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your items.
