All the products available through World-Shoppe.com are fair trade and the artists and artisans are guaranteed fair wages for their products.

Can I return a product?
If you are anything short of delighted once you receive your product, please return it for a complete refund up to 30 days. Simply e-mail returns@world-shoppe.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the original shipping charges.

Will you sell my contact information?
Just like you, we're customers, too, and we want our privacy respected. We will not sell your contact information now or in the future. If you choose, we will send you regular updated on artisan stories, new product introductions or new information on fair trade. Do my purchases really make a difference?
Absolutely. Fair trade businesses like World-Shoppe provide between 25-33 percent of our profits to producers in developing countries. This allows fair trade artisans, mostly women, to provide for their families, send their children to school, and to contribute to the community where they may not have otherwise been able to do so.

Additionally, the economic impact reaches farther into the community as artisans are able to buy groceries at the local shop or send their children to a school in their community.

Is World-Shoppe a member of any fair trade associations?
Yes! We believe in strength in numbers and World-Shoppe is a member of the Fair Trade Federation and Co-Op America.
